Government Officials visits to our Homes

Transparency, Legality, and Institutional Recognition

Loyal Organization for Rural Development (L.O.R.D) is a registered, legally compliant non-governmental organization dedicated to the welfare and development of rural communities. The organization operates with complete transparency and accountability, following all statutory requirements prescribed by government authorities. L.O.R.D holds valid registrations under the Societies Registration Act, along with essential permissions such as CCI (Child Care Institution) registration and JJB (Juvenile Justice Board) registration. These legal endorsements authorize the organization to run child welfare programs and children’s homes in accordance with the Government of India’s juvenile care and protection norms.

As part of our commitment to compliance, the organization welcomes regular inspections and monitoring visits by various government officials. Senior officers including the District Collector, Police Officials, Judicial Officers, District Child Protection Officer (DCPO), District Probation Officer (DPO), and other designated staff from the Department of Women and Child Welfare visit our institution periodically. These inspections ensure that our services are being implemented with utmost care, quality, and adherence to all legal and ethical standards. During each visit, officials review our records, interact with children and staff, assess living conditions, and provide valuable feedback for further improvement.

To maintain transparency, L.O.R.D meticulously preserves all mandatory registers and records, including:

  • Attendance registers for both children and staff to monitor daily participation and ensure accountability.
  • Health registers documenting medical checkups, treatments, and vaccinations to safeguard the physical well-being of every child.
  • Stock and supply registers that record all materials received and distributed, ensuring efficient use of resources.
  • Children’s belongings registers to maintain accountability of personal items, promoting a sense of security and belonging among the children.

All registers are maintained up-to-date, duly verified, and available for inspection at any time by authorized officials. The organization believes that proper documentation and recordkeeping reflect the integrity and professionalism of its management system.
