Life is impossible without water. “Water is life, Save It, Protect it for Future Generations!
Water being the most precious commodity should be freely and easily available to the humankind. Groundwater is a hidden treasure that transforms lives. Potable Clean Drinking water is a very valuable natural resource. We provide access to safe clean drinking water in the slum areas of Nellore and Prakasam District of Andhra Pradesh, India.
To fulfil this, we have identified the most needed villages suffering with lack of proper drinking water. Under the Safe Drinking Water Program, we have dug bore wells in the remote villages, to provide clean and safe drinking water. The concern is to address the drinking water problem and to remove the ill effects of contamination.
We also conduct Water Conservation Awareness programs to enlighten the inhabitants the ways to substantially increase water-use efficiency across all sectors to know the importance, preciousness, and conservation of water. We teach them to use water by maintaining sustainable withdrawals by rationing method, and supply freshwater to address water scarcity to reduce the number of people suffer from water scarcity. The program was implemented with our Local Individuals and L O R Ds Contributions.
